About The Event

Dear FOTP volunteers,

Friends of the Prom invites you to assist with restoring habitat for koalas. We will be removing and repairing tree guards, and replacing trees that have died.

Dates: Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th of May 2026

Meet: 9:30am at the wildlife viewing area (on the left-hand side of the Wilsons Promontory Road, 13 km in from the Park entrance gate). You can locate this on Google maps as the start of the Prom Wildlife Walk.

Duration: Normally finished by 3:00 pm

Bring: Your own food and drink; gloves and eye protection (sunglasses, glasses or safety glasses). All tools and equipment for planting are provided by Friends of the Prom.
